Captain Jason DeShay brings 25 years of professional experience as a yacht captain across the globe and Jamie Coffey brings over 20 years of event production, along with a decade of teaching yoga and leading retreats to the team. While both are world travelers, their love story began right here in Savannah, and they knew instantly they wanted to share their passion for a life on the water with the local community and visitors from near and far – and from this inspiration, Sweetwater Charters was born! Jamie and Jay reside in beautiful Thunderbolt with their Jack Russell puppy named Ginger, who also serves as "little skipper” on board.
